YouTube brand deal calculator.

A YouTube brand deal is priced on a channel's real average views, its niche CPM, and how engaged its audience is, not on subscriber count. Channeltics turns those three inputs into a fair, three-tier price range in seconds, so creators quote with confidence and agencies price a pitch correctly the first time.

What is a YouTube brand deal, and what should it cost?

A YouTube brand deal is a paid partnership where a company pays a creator to feature its product in a video in exchange for access to that creator's audience. What it should cost isn't about subscriber count. It's priced on the channel's recent average views, the CPM band for its niche, and how engaged its audience is. A featured segment on a smaller channel can run $500 to $2,500, while a dedicated video from a channel with a million average views is worth $20,000 or more. Five factors decide where a given channel lands.

Average views
A brand deal is priced on what an audience sees, so recent median views set the base number, not subscriber count. A channel with 500,000 subscribers and 20,000 average views is priced as a 20,000-view channel.
Niche and CPM
Finance, tech, and B2B audiences convert at several times the rate of general entertainment or gaming. The same view count can be worth $10 per thousand in one niche and $60 or more in another.
Engagement rate
Likes and comments measured against views, benchmarked to the channel's size tier. A smaller, engaged audience often outprices a larger, quiet one.
Format
A dedicated video runs two to four times a 60 to 90 second integration, and an integration runs well above a simple end-card shoutout. The format alone can move the number by four times in either direction.
Deal modifiers
Exclusivity against competing brands, usage rights for the footage, and a rush turnaround each add to the base price. A creator who signs away exclusivity for three months should be paid for that separately from the video itself.

Most brand deals are priced by feel, not by data

Two situations, both decided by the first number someone throws out instead of the number the channel supports.

A brand slides into your DMs with $300

Rent is due, so the number is tempting. Paste the channel into Channeltics first. If the market range for your tier and niche is $1,400, you almost gave away eleven hundred dollars to the first offer that showed up.

Your agency is about to pitch a client at 3x market rate

The creator's rate card says $20,000. The real range for that reach and niche is $8,000 to $9,500. Walking a client into an inflated number wastes the pitch and the relationship. Quote the number you can defend instead.

A price you can defend, not a number you have to justify

Reach-based pricing

Every estimate starts from a channel's recent average views, not its follower count, so a big audience that stopped watching gets priced for what it is.

A three-tier range

Conservative, market, and premium numbers for every channel, so you know the floor, the going rate, and the ceiling before anyone replies to an offer.

Niche-aware CPM

The estimate already accounts for the category. A finance or tech audience earns more per view than a general vlog, and the number reflects that automatically.

Deal modifiers

Exclusivity, usage rights, and rush turnaround each move the price. Toggle the real terms of the deal and watch the estimate change with them.

None of this replaces judgment on brand fit or a creator's track record with past sponsors. It replaces the part of the negotiation that used to run on a hunch: what the audience and the engagement behind it are worth in dollars.
